This website is operated by Gift Row ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting
thegiftrow.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform
that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least the age of majority
in your state of residence, and that the information you provide is
accurate and complete.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions and details
accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly.
Product images are representative; minor variation in print, color or
packaging may occur.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve
the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse any order.

Where a compare-at price is shown, it reflects a reference retail price for
a comparable item and does not necessarily represent a price at which the
item was previously sold by us.

4. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send you an order
confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order before dispatch — including
for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

To change or cancel an order, email support@thegiftrow.com within 12 hours
of placing it. After that your order is usually already with our fulfillment
partner and cannot be changed.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship within the United States only.

Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Orders leave our supplier
within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 8–15 business days
from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by
carriers, customs or weather are outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your order is lost or arrives
damaged, contact us and we will make it right.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us
within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you. See our Refund Policy for
full terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — text, images, graphics, layout and logos — is
owned by or licensed to Gift Row and may not be copied, reproduced or used
commercially without written permission.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe
intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or
harvest data, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
We may terminate access for any violation.

9. USER SUBMISSIONS

If you send us reviews, comments, photos or suggestions, you grant us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit and publish them. We are not
obliged to keep submissions confidential, pay for them, or respond. We may
remove content we consider unlawful or inappropriate.

out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the
rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining
provisions remain in full force.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the
United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after
changes constitutes acceptance.
