Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our supplier. Enter it below to see exactly where your parcel is.

It's in your shipping confirmation email, and it usually starts with a few letters followed by numbers.

I don't have it yet

Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Your tracking number is emailed the moment it ships — check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Already have your order number? Send it over and we'll look it up and reply the same day.

What Happens After You Order

  1. Order confirmed. You get a confirmation email straight away with your order number.
  2. Packed and dispatched — 3–5 business days. We send your tracking number by email the moment it leaves the warehouse.
  3. On its way. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch. That's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
