Before you write in

Where's my order?
Orders leave our supplier within 1–2 business days, and standard US delivery takes 8–15 business days from dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships — tracking often takes a few days to start updating, which is normal.

I want to return something.
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us and we'll refund you — you don't need to ship anything back.

Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you. No return needed.

Can I change my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After that it's usually already with the supplier.
